Last week, Judie Taylor had the opportunity to visit Foxconn’s Wisconn Valley Science and Technology Park Multipurpose Building. The 90-minute tour included an overview and update on current status of the campus buildout, meeting with Foxconn vice chairman Dr. Jay Lee and tour of manufacturing production in the multipurpose building. To date, Foxconn has invested $850 million in Wisconsin. The campus currently includes the Multipurpose Building (120,000 sq. ft.), Advanced Manufacturing Facility (993,460 sq. ft.), Smart Manufacturing Center (296,000 sq. ft.; expected 2021 completion) and High Performance Computing Data Center Globe (expected 2021 completion).
