The Waukesha County Center for Growth is proud to announce Therese Thill as its new Executive Director.
With 25 years of experience in economic and community development, Thill has held leadership positions at economic development organizations in Michigan, Arizona and Illinois, and currently serves as President of the Rockford Area Economic Development Council. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Michigan. She was the recipient of the Michigan Economic Developers Association 2018 Economic Developer of the Year Award. Thill also earned her Economic Development Master Practitioner (MEDP) certification in May of 2020.
