The Waukesha County Center for Growth, Inc. has added two new members to its board of directors: Jeff Hoffman, principal for Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, and Dan Habeck, attorney for Cramer, Multhauf & Hammes, LLP.
As co-chair of the industrial real estate practice for Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, Hoffman has advised in more than $1.3 billion dollars in industrial transactions for Wisconsin-based companies and developers. A lifelong resident of Wisconsin and a University of Wisconsin-Whitewater graduate, Jeff started his professional career in 2001 and has participated in leadership roles for several business trade associations that are focused on improving the business climate of the state of Wisconsin.
Habeck joined the Cramer, Multhauf & Hammes firm in 1998 and focuses his practice on banking, credit and creditor’s right’s issues, secured transactions, land use and development and real estate. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2013 and was named a top-rated lawyer in land use and zoning by ALM/Martindale-Hubbell™.
